Monday 3rd September

If the euro dollar holds above daily pivot we can expect it to rise towards R1 resistance at first and then a sustained rise above this level will confirm targeting at R2 resistance. But if it holds below first resistance consolidation will be underway. In addition fall below daily pivot will negate previous conclusions and target will be at S1 support. we are expecting a bullish trend today.

the dollar yen has declined below daily pivot and is now heading towards S1 support. If price is rebounding it will soon re-test daily pivot and rise above this level will confirm objective at R1 resistance. But further fall below first support will be indicating target at S2 support. expect a bearish trend today.

the sterling dollar’s should remain at R1 resistance. Rise above this level will confirm targeting at R2 resistance. But if price holds below first resistance consolidation will be in favor and later decline below daily pivot is possible. we assume a bullish trend.

Finally, our outlook for the dollar franc. After a consolidation we are expecting price will fall towards and re-test S2 and then it could form a bottom near S3 support with a deeper decline is possible. Our chart analysis in the dollar franc shows a bearish trend.

Tuesday 4th September

The Euro dollar has reached resistance R1 and if holds its momentum it will focus on next objective at R2 resistance where new high will be formed. But if price is a forming top now correction can be awaited and price will probably re-test daily pivot and a deeper decline may happen. we are expecting a bullish trend.

The dollar yen has reached resistance R1 and it seems it has formed a new high with a correction to be underway. If price holds above daily pivot we can expect an upward move will continue and re-test resistance focusing on resistance R2. a bullish trend today.

After that , the sterling dollar outlook is in rise and will soon test resistance R1 with a further rise above this level indicating next target at R2. But rebound from first resistance will confirm correction and consolidation between first resistance and daily pivot will be underway. The Summary of our indicators show a bullish trend.

As our only bearish trend today the dollar franc pair has reached support S1 and after a short correction downward move could continue towards S2 support. But if price is rebounding it will focus on daily pivot first before it will re-test resistance R1. Break above daily pivot will confirm upward move and the downward move will be completed.
