Anyone find trading isolating?

Got to beware though that at some point the markets may change and your plan may not be so effective and your edge may reduce.

It's never impossible to lose so necessary to monitor for changes etc.
(not meant as a dig, just my view)

Yep, I see your point, greatest market fear? Flat lines. ;) TBH my mistakes/poor trades are measured in the 20-30 pip loss area and generally involve being stopped out when if I'd taken a slightly bigger stop I'd have been fine and the trade would have come back...
I only day trade, off 15 minutes; forex/main indices.

Ratio of one loss in five wins is OK*, I'd really like to get the win loss ratio up but TBH I reckon that's as good as it gets, which is fine. Worst day in ages? 2 wins 2 losses (In very bad frame of mind due to tragic loss of a friend) clsoed trades (winners, too early), closed pc's down...felt like I should just 'do a Kwai Chang Caine' and walk the earth...

*should be one loss in each five trades
