Anybody making regular income from "prop firms" such as FTMO? Tax implications?

Just wondering anybody UK based on these boards who is making regular income from these "prop firms" and what you are doing with respect to the tax?

In that, is this really "trading" as you are simulating trading on a demo account. More akin to gaming or gambling?

Are these earnings considered commissions or winnings?

Are these financial consulting fees? if so, should you be regulated by the FCA? Do you pay VAT as well on your services supplied?
