For the last hour or so there have been 400 lots on the bid at 5237 in Sep FTSE. It's the middle of the quarter, so this isn't a rollover trade. Someone really wants to buy it - we've been to 37.5 and he hasn't pulled. Anyone care to speculate who and why ?
