FXCM completely put me off with their spreads. Me and friend are going to open with GFT UK just because of their spreads.

How can we find out what time the day the fix is at 4pm? Someone explain to me when are the banks buying/selling, around which time before 4pm fix and then going the other way? I would like to spot it and get on the back of it. :)

Anyone having problems with FXCM spreadbetting when making profit? I want to hear from profitable traders or thereabouts with views. Do not include news trading views as most brokers tend to switch off platforms or price freeze, requotes etc. I want to hear about generally trading, orders...

On Zulutrade, if the signal provider puts in 7 lots on one trade and another 3 lots on another trade, it would only calculate the number of pips. Pathetic. Real traders play with different amount of lots, so each pip has a different value. Yes the signal provider only has 24 trades, well 27...

?? I do not think the thread starter has factored in margin? On 1,000USD account, to place 100,000 position size to make 10usd per pip, you would need at least 500usd margin. Imagine if it goes the other way by 50pips, surely there would be a margin call arriving, depending on brokers...

Zulutrade have an odd way of calculating profitable traders as it is based soley on amount of pips made. My friends have used them and have blown their accounts many times with zulutraders. www.Collective2.com use normal practices of calculating monthly profits just like hedge funds would...

I recall a friend of mine from Europe having problems with this appalling broker. He had a few hundred thousand euro account. Whenever he made profit, fxcm appalling broker deleted all his profitable trades and called it "market abuse" and at the same time, all losing trades were kept on file...

Started off with 20k then added another 70k+. I signed POA directly to trader.

You think he has time to post on forums. I do not think he has even visited any forums in his life :)

I suggest you check my previous posts on this forum. There are good traders out there but very hard to find.
