    Seasonal Trading Website Anywhere?

Gecko's Track n Trade EOD for futures charts includes seasonal patterns. Ove the last couple of years they have introduced TradeMiner for Forex, Futures and US Stocks. These are the best seasonal tools I have come across. I consult them every day for Forex and Futures (Forex is much more...

Guppy Multiple Moving Averages - Anyone uses them?

The best tool I've come across - the compression and expansion you see on both sets of averages gives an insight that you don't get from other methods in my experience (I've been trading 7 years, and have tried a lot of other methods!) Check out the GMMA on 1 hour forex charts - seems to be a...

How to make money Trading Seasonal Patterns in Forex

I don't use it any more as my style has changed. If you are interested in trades over a few days then it can be interesting to look at. However, only as a confirming signal. I wouldn't use it as a primary indicator.

How to make money Trading Seasonal Patterns in Forex

Try the recently released TradeMiner by Gecko Software (TradeMiner - Advanced Trading Software For Advanced Traders). They have versions for forex, futures and US stocks, all very reasonably priced. Alternatively, you can do this kind of thing on a spreadsheet if you have historical data (and...

    MTPredictor 6.5?

You can combine end-of-day and real time data feeds with 6.5, though they are still working on RT feeds from sources such as MT4. In the meantime, they provide a useful 'indicator' that can be added to MT4 and downloads data periodically which can then be fed into MTP and scanned as though it...

    Seasonal Spread Trading Forum

Yes, it is Bernstein's site. As to the question of whether it really is all distilled in the chart, that argument has been running a long time and will run a lot longer.

    Seasonal Spread Trading Forum

Seasonal trader is useful too (www.seasonaltrader.com). I would never follow their signals (or MRCI's) blindly. Tried it for a while, and it failed miserably. But combine seasonals with commodities news, charts, and a service like CRB trendtrader (as a kind of second opinion - this gives...

    CRB TrendTrader

I have been using trendtrader for some time now. It's very inexpensive compared to some out there, and one of the best. It has been going 40 years, yet still picks up prizes from time to time. It keeps a very low profile, I suppose because it's been around so long, and doesn't come with any...

Vince Stanzione Market Monitor Service ???

Good for you. Best of luck. I prefer to stay in the game and still be around a few years from now. Who knows, I might have learnt something by then. And you do need a reasonable starting capital, though brokers and spreadbetting firms try to convince you otherwise. Easy pickings for them.

Vince Stanzione Market Monitor Service ???

You can get something very similar from Commodities Research Bureau called CRB TrendTrader. At considerably lower cost. They also provide daily updates, as opposed to weekly, and much more detail. If you are into medium to long term trading of commodities, forex, indices, interest rates, and a...

Best Thread Correlation Trading - Basic Ideas and Strategies

I took a look at the promotional material, and will also tune in to the webinar. It looks very poor - badly explained and very simplistic (forex correlations are not set in stone, as anyone who has more than the most basic knowledge can tell you). Maybe he is holding back something, and all...

    Vince Stanzione?

Vince Stanzione concentrates on medium to longish term trading of forex, commodities, indices and interest rates. Aside from his (rather expensive) courses, you can sign up for his service which contains information on which trades you should be in, details of stop losses etc. Neither his...

    VantagePoint/Market Technologies software?

I agree - you need to know how to use VP and it is expensive. It is certainly worth sticking with in my opinion, and offers more than appears at first sight. Its coverage of futures is one of the best, and you could even use it for more advanced things such as futures spread trading, which is...

    FX4Caster

I can't find any mention of FX4Caster on this site, and wondered if any other members had experience of it. If so, please share your thoughts. It' a program that takes price feed from MT4 and then shows in real time the relative strengths and weaknesses of different currencies (eg. USD, GBP...
