Is it just me or their quick chart just doesn't load anymore? Whenever i try to load it, it sits there for few minutes and then timeout. I am lucky if it works 1 out of 7-8 tries. Anyone else had this issue?

iShares is just a brand name (Barclays). All ETFs are managed by someone. In the case of iShares, they are administered by Barclays. Which one is better? Well that depends what you are looking for. I'd also look at cost structure and perhaps the spread.

The idea is to "Protect yourself" but without Stopp loss orders.

Personally i do not like stop loss orders. I would rather hedge. Would you use stop loss alternates if available?

Interesting, can't see 200 points bar on 23rd on any of my charts. Im referring to CFDs and charts are provided by IG markets.

23rd Dec was hardly 50 points spike! trhis one was for 300 points atleast. Why would anyone buy 300 points above limit orders i guess.

i had such a good hedge going (long stocks short futures) i guess you can't have stops if hedging. my fault learnt my 5000$ lesson!
