Better stay away from any product of Bill Poulos. I have wasted my money. They are very costly and not worth. Super Divergence Blueprint is not an e-book. It is in form of CDs and paper-back. It is about scanning and trading stocks which has shown divergence between price and RSI.

Is it possible to use method given in Trading Day by Day with traditional indicators like MACD, Stochastic, RSI, CCI

About Simple Strategy, Extraordinary Profits Strategy given in book is very difficult to apply practice, even if you have any good charting and scanning software. You will have to watch all stocks in your list every day for long period to match the criteria given in book.
