Trade less. Pass on the so-so trades and just hit them when the odds are stacked in your favour. There will always be another one along shortly. Over-trading is the quickest way to kill your account. Something most of us probably battle with constantly.

Try Trading in the Zone - Mark Douglas. That deals with all the psych stuff - treating each trade as if it has as much chance of losing as any other, dealing in probabilities, etc. Great book

Hi, can anyone tell me why I am getting hammered with 'Debit for Dividend transactions' on my dow short. Over 20 quid in a week on a 1pound short. I haven't seen any emails to tell me this is coming in as far as I know and I cant find anything on the site. Any ideas?

Uj Afternoon guys, anyone see the UJ 4h pin off the 100 level as a worthy trade, I'm not sure whether to expect a deeper retest, almost seems too obvious to me. GY looks pretty good too but 148 is the only real level I see, and that's the wrong side of the pin. Any advice for a rookie?

I also took the usd chf 4h based on this, remains to be seen whether it was a good idea or not, seemed to me like a nice bar off a 365ema, pivot area and 38 ret. Any ideas/comments?
