I'm trading the daily FTSE through IG, mainly off of the back of news, and looking for upward, and downward trends. My TA needs to develop. Made nearly £300 from £50 this week, without being stopped out any day. I'll find my feet through spread betting because of the low costs on start up...

Its open till 9pm. Spreads widen as there is no underlying market open.

What kind of formulae are you using to ensure you have accurate delta/gamma ?

yup, down to - £22 , I was keeping an eye on the US open. Bloomberg was pointing towards a higher open for S&P futures, thus I was hoping the FTSE would rise, if the US mkt rose.
