Where do people think the ftse is going from here I belive it may recover to 5700 levels due to us data and Merkel meeting on Monday before making its descend down.

Also as the markets move in tandem I belive the S&P can and should reach 1300 by end of the week and crude oil 103.25-50 therefore possibly helping the ftse get to that 5745 level or on the other hand the FTSE could be an early indicator the run is running out of steam! Ive just put a short on ftse 5690 stp 5710 target next week 5590. The key resistance points here are 5690 and 5745 we may get to 5745 but I believe as the volume picks up and realise what is yet to happen regarding eurozone this will get back into range. I put todays rise to good worldwide...

Im going to put a short on next week at 100+ which should pay out after new year hoping a war does not happen in between but I might hedge with something else!

I think we are going to have another rally on the Ftse 100 tomorrow due to low volume and some technical barriers being broken however there will be some EU economic data coming out which could dampen things and reverse the markets! Any other views?

The reason I don't use stop losses Is I because every time I used one I get stopped out by 2-3 points and then market makes full recovery. Now you may say I might have the wrong technique for putting stop losses into place which is probably right but I have tried everything tight stops very wide...

Oh and I dont believe in stop losses every time I used one it has f++kd me over hard! Instead I set alerts get a text on my phone and as I have mobile trading I can choose whether to close or not!
