Nice to be reminded of why I never became an active poster here :)
It's a data feed, I don't use their software in any way.
You stick with whatever method you use to trade and i'll stick with mine. Hopefully given some time you can reply to this thread and say "I do".
It's been good...
I don't use a broker though.
I use esignal for my data feed. There are over 200 contributors to this feed. It is not one broker.
I'm also well aware of the differences between spot (tick volume) and futures volume.
So many naysayers....
Thanks for taking the time to have a look man, appreciated! That's the strategy i'll be starting with for the new year and I want to start looking at creating another strategy which is where the P & F comes in. I'll probably start a thread in the Journal section and keep that up to date...
It's from the same publisher as the one I posted above so it may well be in the same league as that, it being hard back probably adds to the price a bit as well. Other than that, don't have any other knowledge of it i'm afraid!

I'm currently running TradeGuider using Parallels on Snow Leopard. Runs pretty well, i've also been looking into P & F charting as well lately. Basically looking to combine P & F with the TradeGuider teachings and create a strategy from that.
I have some old Excel/Open Office P & F templates...

Cheers,

Finspreads recently reduced the spreads on many of their Forex pairings, not sure whether this was the case with stocks etc. I've only recently opened an account with them so i got in touch with my advisor and he was saying that this was just to be more competitive. So it's for the foreseeable...
Do the maths, you'll find its actually over 300 trades to go from 5,000 to 0. (i stopped counting when i got to 0.77c) Losing 3% a time. Obviously it gets to figures that aren't trade able, for example i think Finspreads (the company i use) is 50p bet per pip minimum. But the fact of the matter...
Suicide in your opinion maybe, but for me it seems to be working so far.
Of all the threads i've read, risking 0.5% is the lowest i've read about. It's what suits the person like you say. This is my third time around so my emotions are very much in check at this stage.
