Algos make upto 30% of volume in some futures markets. Its only going to increase.

My trades are based on a fundamental point of view then TA where to get in and out. But some algos go against the trend and push the market the other way. There is logic behind there trade, that was the wrong word to use, theres no technical reason for the trades.

pit trading would be a good idea. at least in a pit its a level playing field.

No, not at all. Im not complaining because i dont make enough money. What the computers do is not trading, there is no general logic behing what they do, so this makes it a completly different game. Its like saying football is unfair if someone picks up the ball. Because then its not football...
