Wyckoff reads supply and demand, effort vs result and structure. It worked 100 years ago and still works because it deals with human actions. If you want to trade intraday check out Gary Dayton, his courses are superb.

I see the /MNQ is now available for trading. For those that the /NQ was too rich and traded the QQQ, would this be a better alternative?

I was referring to the new blue channel as apposed to the old red one.

manraygun, May I ask why you didn't take the trade on the first 2 mini retracements, especially the 2nd one when it stopped just short of the first mini retracement? I notice on the 5 minute chart that retracement is a lot cleaner. Just curious as to when you or anyone else decides which...

This retracement back to the top of the TR looks like a gimme. But looks can sometimes be deceiving.

You've missed the green dots. If you have read the whole thread, mainly the first post, it states enter on retracements. Those red and green dots are on the retracements. Does that clear it up for you?

Do you have any idea how many times Db has answered that question? Why not just read what he has written to get the answer.

A continuation of previous direction but I noticed volume yesterday was even weaker than the rally, not sure what that means, if anything, just yet.

I know what short covering is, I was referring to your chart specifically. I don't understand the correlation between a short covering rally and the chart you posted.

Noticed Friday's volume is very weak for such a strong up bar and today looks even weaker. Short covering? Big money on the sidelines?
