I can provide the top list on HKSE shares data from tick to month,and it is free. It is downloardable from a CFD platform.

I know a London-based CFD provider offerring HK Stocks CFD, such as HSBC, ICBC, BOC, China Mobile and the dealing desk in London,but they don't offer to retails investors directly. Btw, they are MM model, not ECN like Saxo.
