We are using an autotrade system for futures with a cash account and are happy with its performance. We are looking for a trading system that can be used in an IRA account, with either stocks, options, or indexes.

Any suggestions on a system that works well, and can be used in an IRA?

Trading futures is one of the riskiest modes of trading. IRA accounts are supposed to be conservative growth investments. I've never head of anyone in their right mind investing their IRA is speculative futures. Might as well go to a casino or buy lottery tickets with your IRA. Look out there there are plenty of introducing brokers who will try to convince you futures are right for your IRA.

Agreed Hwyman. That is why I am looking for a system that uses stocks, options, or indexes. Something with a longer term focus.

Any suggestions?

Vectorvest is supposed to address that kind of investing. From what I've seen it performs valuations and identifies undervalued stocks that have a longer holding periods to realize any gains. I've never used it myself, just seen a demo at a trade show.
