TradeStations 9.0 insert strategy problem!!!

Dear All,

Here is a question need your guys help.
I searched a lot posts here and still could not solve the problem.
After i imported the 3rd data into the TradeStations 9.0, when i wanna
insert a strategy, the graph just showed "waiting for data","waiting for symbol
attributes"....like the attaches files as below.

Can someone help me to solve the problem?

If you're trying to load 3rd party data, the data format may be wrong.
if it's in .csv format open it in notepad and check for unnecessary "quote" symbols at the beginning or end of the data.

data.csv looks like this
