Hi

I cant seem to be able to put a trendline at a specific point (of my choice) unlike Metastock ..

Does this functionality exist ?

Two possibilities which are shown in the attached screenshot. Either click on Drawing and select "Trendline" then click and hold at the start and drag to the end.

The second shot is just a shortcut Icon for the same.

Pervaz , just a thought, if you look at the trader 333 example there, if you have ticked snap mode untick it, if ticked it will do its own thing, if unticked you should be able to place the trend-line anywhere you want.

Thanks for that - sorry I was in a rush yesterday and didnt explain myself - what I want to do with the trendline is poistion it myself to a specific value (I am trying to create fib levels in the future) so I want to put lines at random points ..

Pervaz,

I am unclear on what you want ? Are you saying you want to be able to plot Fib lines ? or have extended trendlines ? can you post a screenshot of what exactly you need ?
