First Time 30 Ema Brake Out Help Needed!!!!!!

Can anyone tell how can i program metastock to find stocks that broke out of 30 EMA for THE FIRST TIME IN 4-5 MONTHS.

*For example for the past 4 months XYZ was never able to pass 30 EMA. however today it broke above the 30 ema. what i am try to filter out is a stock that has repetatbly broke up and below the 30 ema line.*

By using the Cross function in the exploration only those stocks that have, for example, closed above the 30 EMA on the last bar will be reported.
