Tracking the trading....

Can anyone recommend some software to track trading?

Will require some sort of "import download" function.

I use MS money at the moment but it is rubbish for trading....

Anyone with suggestions who use IB as their broker would be helpful also, so I can get the right download format.

It depends on what you mean by "track trading". IB have APIs that interface between other systems. For example the following link provides the API to download data to Excel

There is a predefined spreadsheet with worksheets corresponding to the main IB screens e.g executions, account and if you are a wizard with excel then you can of course manipulate the data further.

Also there are 3rd party tools listed on the IB site to provide, for example, reporting and tax recording specifically from IB via the API:
