Default template

Hi

Just wondered if there is a way in MT4 to change the default chart template? I have set up my own template but then each chart needs to have that selected after opening it. You can leave these charts open and then save the default profile, so it re-opens with the same charts open, but if you suddenly decide to open a new and different chart, the program default opens... I can't see a way to change this - any ideas or am I being thick?

I think the answer is in your thread title. Save your template with the name default.tpl
