I have the problem - I don't know how to choose between the two companies.
I have two job offers with the absolutely the same salary. First company based in Moscow Russia [Quantum brains (http://quantumbrains.com/)], the second based in Bangalore India [Two Roads Tech (http://tworoads.co.in/)]. Both companies specialize in the development of algorithmic strategies that work on the stock exchange. Both firms trade all over the world. Strategies include low and high frequency trading.
Position in Moscow and Bangalore: Data Scientist.
1. I'm looking for the company where I can better grow professionally!
2. I'm more interested in that company which is a recognition in America or Europe, because maybe I'll forehand after a while to work in any American HFT company.
