Yep I know, so why not pass on the saving? They're renting out full office suites for circa £500 per month, you might have more luck if you charge 50 quid a week 'sub letting'..;)

 £500pm for a "full office suite", nice try.

Back to the real world..............

Of course we pass on the savings! The first thing a trader's going to do is ask for a quote directly to make sure they are getting value. So what sense would it make for us to be more expensive than going direct to Regus?

Plenty of serviced office space (own office 300sq ft+) for a lot less than that in/around Chester, or is the Regus coffee machine somehow 'specshul' to merit such a mark up?

Cracking office space in Liverpool for circa 300 quid a month and you don't have to get in a car to see some life. You're wasting your time at that price..but heh keep trying eh? :D

Thanks for your input but honestly you're so far off the mark with pricing.

Not sure what "honestly" means in this context but it's you that's "so far off the mark" with your pricing. What you'd like to get, or what you need, is irrelevant. You will not get anyone to give you £550 a month for an office share even if you do chuck in a couple of monitors and a (delayed) squawk..there's guys on here paying less than that in the hedge fund area of Londonium..

I'll get off your thread and leave you to it but honestly you need to be 50 quid a week tops..

You are really showing yourself up now! Fifty quid per week wouldn't give you much change from your dedicated line and car parking bill but thanks for the useless advice.

Counter violet, we have three guys here at the moment. We are due to renew our agreement shortly so it's an ideal time to move to a larger office and split the costs accordingly if any traders are looking for a share.
Regus have a so called 15 person office available which is really suitable for 5. We could reduce our costs and fit in more but TBH we all enjoy the larger space.

It would be nice to create a large trading room of fellow traders, the atmosphere with what we have at the moment is great. We all support each other and throw around trade ideas. I can only see that improving the more traders join us. (y)

If anyone's interested or has any other questions please PM me.

I won't check this thread again as I'm sure Black Swan won't be able to resist another negative comment and I'll only want to reply which is a time and energy waste!! :)

Good trading all!

Cheers, so having the larger space comes at a premium. In a way then BS does have a point. I suppose if you decide to go bigger then it may be possible to have a crammer/ starter area and a premium area.

Really how so? Other than shiny newbie wanabees you'll not get anyone with savvy or business smarts to pay you £550+ vat a month...with a small deposit I could buy a 200K freehold space for that..offered a 400K office freehold in Liverpool city centre for not much more than a grand a month..Foget your mentorship etc..thats nonsense, you're offering serviced office space on a sub let basis, it's *worth* 200-250 a month.

You need to decide what you want to do, break even, or make a transparent take the pi55 profit. Your numbers simply don't crunch.

You'll never make the numbers crunch. I'll pm you with something interesting a bit later..

We all support each other and throw around trade ideas.

If you don't mind, could you give a brief detail about how you and your colleagues go about your daily trading activities. For example, do you only use charts, brokers used, markets traded, etc?

Let me tell you where i'm comming from. I don't want to be paying 500 quid a month to go to some office for a cuppa and a laugh, and be betting on half ar*e technical set-ups with a load of monkeys.

T2W serves this purpose perfectly well...without the need to hand over a monkey every month.

There's a link to his website on his profile..no names, no address for the business but it's revealing..

What ! Is that what they pay you to go there like !

heh, let's all move into the old Hacienda eh mate..we'll feel the love whilst taking loads of cash out of the market ;)
