Predictable charts?

Hi,

Can someone point me in the direction of any equity/commodity/index that has fairly predictable oscillations on which I can try out candlestick theory?

In my view nothing is "Fairly Predictable" where trading is concerned and if it were then it would be an easy activity which it is not for most.
