Gekko - problem with 2 seperate positions in one stock

I took 1 position a few days ago and then another today when the price got lower with the intention of using the second one as a scalp. Well Gekko seems to have just combined the two positions into an average. As far as I can tell it won't allow me to sell each position seperately, instead I have to sell the whole lot in one go.

Can I change this somehow? Anyone had the same problem?
 
Cant you Sell or Buy with the amount you wish to close with...it should equal the same.
 
nope.

i took a pound a point on GS the other day and then again today. i can only sell at 2 pound a point now.
 
Gekko are a bag of gash, give bucket shops a bad name. Dump 'em and go with someone else.

If you are currently Long 2 pounds you should be able to get a new entry ticket (don't use the Close ticket) and Sell at 1 pound, that will close half your open position - you can't hold Long & Short on the same account so it will trigger a partial close - a quick call to their customer services will confirm this if you're not convinced.....and yes they are a pile of s***e - LOL.
