Hi

As I see that most of the traders social meet groups exist either South of the M25 or North of the M6, I thought I'll start this thread and see the interest and outcome.

Calling anybody interested in starting a group for the East Midlands Area.

This is great - maybe if we just mention the interests of people we can see where we can take this.

I trade Intraday to 2-3 day trades.
Mainly index futures.
Entry and exits - using technical analysis



However I have done Stocks, options and spread betting as well.
 
I would also be interested.

I live near Kettering, Northants.

I day trade the FTSE using spread betting.
 
I trade US stocks: S&P500 and NASDAQ100, and around 30 commodities...via futures contracts, spreadbetting, and shortly CFD's

I have developed my own trading system during the past nine years
 
I would be interested in an East Midlands meet up if a suitable time and venue is found.

Leicestershire - 1

May I suggest meeting somewhere equidistant to all of us.

Leicester? any suggestions.

Sunny, you can add me to the list. Location Leicester.

Trade mostly volatile stocks long and short, using breakouts and chart patterns.

East Mids: Venue

Maybe we could meet near the M1 around the LOUGHBOROUGH area...pretty much halfway between Leicester and Nottingham...Anybody know of any good pubs in the aforesaid area?
 
I would be interested. I live in Stamford. I spread bet ftse 350 and trade tech stocks mostly using TA. I use Sharescope & Omnitrader.

Good to hear that there is so much interest in this meet.

I feel that if we can fix a date suitable for most people we can get a place sorted out.

How is everyone for the 18th June - Saturday. Afternoon (say Noon) or Evening around 5pm?

Pls comment.

Saturday's are not the best day for me...might just be able to make 5pm (6pm onwards better) - definitely could not make noon

I need HELP Please,

Binary Guru, Jonny T, I need A million, Alquid, Tomcat, Trader 333, And anybody else.

We need people to respond.

Are we going to let the South of M25 Guys, and North of the M6 guys show that we are incapable!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! of showing that there are traders in the East Midlands!!!!!!!!!!!

What would Robin Hood, Maggie, Brian Clough, Delia think of us.

Lets show the Southern's and the Northerner's!. Or am I dreaming!!
