only qqqq/qid

trying to keep things simple i am just trading etf's qqqq(long) / qid (short) trying not to worry about stocks, it seems that the moves are not as many as trading individual stocks. would that be fair to say. are there many of you who trade only qqqq/qid or even the spy/dia etc.?

Depends what your trying to achieve?

Also what do you mean 'Moves are not as many?' Do you mean volatility or the fact that its only one market whereas stocks have a variety/diversification ?

achieve- swing trading. moves- i use movavg triangular 7 period (think or swim)as a trigger. it just seems to be moving sideways without the bigger moves to get in on. so i guess, yes it would be the volatility vs. individual stocks. have not traded in days:whistling
