Be careful of:

Mitschka Alternative Advisory

They are a Boiler Room scam and have stolen money from a member of my family.

When I have more info. I will post.

Mitschka Alternative Advisory AND Guardmann Escrow Services (Harley Street, London) are one and the same.

The crime seems to be committed overseas.

They bully and intimidate and seem to prey on the elderly.

They will do all the can to obtain bank account details (by deceipt of course), no doubt in the hope of clearing out people's bank accounts.

DON'T GO NEAR MITSCHKA ALTERNATIVE ADVISORY (who have a so-called office in Austria???)

hi,

Hi Mod what is it you need to know? I will try to tell you all I know.

*One thing I can confirm is that Mitschka Alternative Advisory come on these boards frequently.....the crook I spoke to became very nasty that I'd posted here. They are looking for new VICTIMS I think.*

who do u deal with at mitschka? did u buy any stock thru them? wot problems hav u had?

The Mitschka "boys" give all names. We've dealt with one bloke who calls himself whatever he wants: Rob Knight/Stephen Hart ????? :sneaky:

Mitschka Alternative Advisory started cold-calling my dad who (stupidly) transferred £2k for (no doubt fake) Gold shares.

Guardmann Escrow Servcies are (probably) the same people. :devilish:

whats the situation at the moment with ur dad? i know a person who has "apparently" bought stock thru them and they say will send share certificates through the post?

Hello

Mitschka Alternative Advisory have tried everything to get my dad's Bank Account/Sort Code. I think it is clear that they wanted one thing: to CLEAN OUT DAD'S ACCOUNT.

The person you know won't get any shares; there are none. Mitschka are fake, they don't exist, they have a couple of phones in a back room......STAY CLEAR OF THEM

The FSA have issued an ALERT on their website. And remember that GUARDMANN ESCROW SERVICES are MITSCHKA and are also FAKE. (y)

they have posted letters out in the past? what about their website?

Their website was a FAKE. Since the FSA issued an ALERT they closed their site down....their excuse that some unscrupulous peoples had infiltrated their site and they would send a username/password to their clients (hahaha). BUT none came, surprise, surprise.

Their letters are illiterate, the grammar is dreadful as is the layout - that said it all. However, the older generations aren't as wise to these scams as we are.

FAKE WEBSITE/FAKE LETTERS FAKE FAKE FAKE hehehe

have u taken any action against them? thanks for all the info :)

Well I won't say what is going on, after all you could be the elusive Mr Rob Knight/Stephen Hart or whoever he calls himself today.

Mitschka/Guardmann are interested in what goes on here and they frequent this site on a regular basis. They would never have caught me, but what's so VILE about this bloke is that he is STEALING from the elderly...and that STINKS.

But for every penny he/they has/have stolen they will pay at some point in their lives. The wheel always turns.

Just STAY CLEAR. :smart:

i understand where ur coming from, uv been very helpful thanks...any idea where they are really based?

well the address they give is: 27 Old Gloucester Street London . However, on investigation, there is a link to Malaga? God knows where they are but one day they will get caught; they might choke on the money they have stolen.

One thing I know is that they DON'T LIKE BEING EXPOSED ON THESE FORUMS? x

Why dont you do something constructive to help bring down these crooks, I suggest the following

1. metacafe.com are hosting a video promoting Mitschka, complain to them and get the video removed http://www.metacafe.com/watch/3633755/mitschka_alternative_advisory/

2. Twitter host a Mitschka account, complain to them that it is promoting a criminal enterprise

3.Post on scam.com moneysavingexpert.com fool.co.uk and anywhere else that is relevant

Well I will do just that - thanks for the Info. However, it is constructive to post here; at least others can be warned and I KNOW that the Mitschka lads come on here frequently?

Yes for sure its constructive to post here, I'm just saying that once you put the word out here there's other areas where you can get back at them as well.

I appreciate your advice and I've done what you said. Thank for that :)

Any more advice would be gladly welcomed though. :rambo:

I had a call recently, an attempt to "sell" me shares in a legitimate company traded on AIM - Norseman Gold.. The share offer etc came from Guardmann Escrow. The caller knew of a previous "purchase" by myself of shares in Norseman Gold. This alerted me to the fact that I had been defrauded. The organisation involved that time was Guardian Partners LLC. and also B-golds. Telephone and fax numbers given to me at various times are common to all three. It seems this is a more blatant twist to the typical boiler room scam, "selling" shares in a legitimate company, not delivering the certificates and pocketing the funds. Unfortunately, I am fairly certain than anyone who "purchased" shares via Guardmann Escrow will not receive any share certificates
