Seriously, i would recommend getting money off good friends or family, people you are comfortable with not just anyone.
Most people will advise against this but it worked for me.
Split profits 50/50.

Yes; similarily family funded me to manage their investments and some to trade more activity (futures) and it worked out good, definately the way to go about it; but depends on your personality and how you'd feel about losing them money at the Xmas parties.

Anyway I have a potential people to invest but I dont like trading other people`s money.
I dont really have a proper record, as I dont like trading demos/simulators. I did some live trading at prop shop. I need to make the £1000 myself. I generally like to do things myself, well most of them...
For example: on friday I went to demonstrate my trading skills to one of the potential investors. He gave me a demo account to play with. I have shorted Euro/usd around 10 am with 50 lots (on demo), I left for 20 sec bring my water - and my trade was gone... he closed it from his computer by mistake. FFS!

Sorry, I'm not trying to get at you here, just trying to understand you. Why do people even bother to fill in the profile info if they make no attempt at accuracy, or if they do make it accurate, why don't they try to post consistently with their profile?

Nah I started looking at SB first in 2006. Either way if I have said in 2008 that I started it about 2 years ago, at this point we re almost done with 2009. therefore I would be able to qualify withinn 3-5 years experience, if not I have some prop shop experience (for better or worst - you decide).
Either way, I ve asked if there are other ways than to borrow to get money, because I thought this forum is full of smart/experienced people who can help to solve me the problem I am kind of stuck with.
