KFC is a PR nightmare

David Novak at Yum! said that “KFC continues to struggle,” and after checking out this site (Thinking about investing in Yum! Brands?) I don’t think that KFC’s possibilities for growth in the United States are very good. Only when Novak and the gang at Yum! meet with PETA and get this campaign over with in the United States and the rest of the world will I reconsider Yum! stock. They’ve said themselves it would only cost their suppliers 2 cents more per meal to implement the new technology PETA wants and the ROI would be reached. Protests are going to follow that chain wherever they try. Look at their start in India!

i dont want my mega bucket to cost 2c more.

Whatever they do to the chickens prior to cooking them, they still taste finger lickin' good when they come off the end of the KFC production line

I'm all for animal welfare but PETA can be a bit over zealous. Last year I heard one of their people on the radio telling people that they should not have any pets at all. Anyone who abuses their animals should be brought to book but I won't have anyone tell me I am wrong just to have a dog or cat or any other animal (within reason).
