I always thought before the London or New York session where the best times to trade however does anyone get up really early like 2-6am as looking at the charts just now and missed so many good moves through the Asian session.

depends what market/instrument you are trading. For me Gbpusd undoubtedly over an period of time it is the London morning session, occassionally going to afternoon if any big U.s data releases due.

cheers mate EUR/USD and GBP/USD normally. Couldn't believe the amount of overnight moves last night would of made a killing.

I was going to respond sensibly to the OP and suggest momentum rules and normally momentum is found in the primary London trading session, but can occur at other times and therefore, momentum (i.e. price action) was more important than absolute times, taking into account variable spreads that may operate on a temporal basis.

But them I saw who it was that was asking the question and as he is a total prick, I've decided not to. Sometimes, asterisks aren't enough....
