I only trade the 1st half of the US session (about 4 hours in all) as it keeps me in peak performance mode. So I get to experience several 3 minute nuggets of joy either side of my trading day. SWEET!

Grandkids in town for the holidays. Rolling around on the floor and playing Wii with them does it for me.
