Compulsive trading

Is there any website you could recommend where losers flock together and share their experience? Similar to http://www.gamcare.org.uk only for traders.

Compulsive trading to the point of losing your last dollar (and still not being able to stop) is Compuslive Gambling.
And those gambling anonymous type websites will probably welcome you.
If you are a compulsive gambler there is no real difference if its Horses, Casino or Sports betting or the Financial Markets.

I am a regular reader of gamcare website. Most of topics are about loses on roulette, slots and fobts. I would like to read about loses on Financial Markets. While trade2win has some information it is different. Most people here are not disillusioned with trading yet while at gamcare there are only losers disillusioned with gambling.

The request may seem strange but I found that by reading gamcare it helps to keep focus. Any links?

Hook-up on any Stock Board for junior/micro oil company trading on AIM or the equivalent Canadian segment. Pick a company that's just reported a dry well and have less than 3 months in cash and no rigs.
That's always sobering.

Are you a compulsive loser who needs comforting? Or enjoy voyeuristically reading about other people's losses? Why on earth would you want to find a website like this, weirdo ..

It reminds you of danger. It's better to learn from other's mistakes.

I guess he would want to find that website because:

1) he needs to be reminded that losses can exceed his capital,
2) he's working for the government's next campaign called tradeaware.co.uk
3) he's a journalist assistant researching for "Panorama" on their next topic, how trading is glorified day-in day-out on TV and press whilst destroying families and lifes.

Nothing wrong with his interest IMO. Quite refreshing rather.

By the way you guys refer me to psychiatrist, call me weirdo. Do not you think than one should be slightly different from the rest to succeed in this game?

I don't think you're weird at all in this actually... Indeed I confess to doing fairly similar things, albeit not with trading/gambling...

I do not have an opinion on the degry of normality required.

There are a lot of questions on this forum like what is the minimum starting balance required, what is the best risk to return ratio etc, where to put stops etc. Perhaps there should be a question like "are you nuts?". If yes then processed to other questions.

What is your opinion? Is there a hope for normal people?

I know 'normal' people at banks and hedge funds. I don't know any normal traders of t2w kind. All eccentric in some manner. Prop/Arcade world is kinda 50/50 (but the normal ones blow up eventually or quit while ahead)

Just understand "THESE IS NOT A RACE"
Hunt for your opportunities or you will blow out your account.
