CL vs ES

Hello All,
I have been trading the ES for a while now and I feel like it takes forever for a trade to form. I wanted to know what you all think of trading Crude Oil instead. Do you find it to be easier and more profitable then ES?
What are the pros and cons if any for this change. I'm trying to make up my mind before I pay the $65 data cost that Tradestation has.

if you would notice $65 then I suggest you stay well away from CL...

I am confused about the $65 comment. I just dont want to pay it if Im only going to have it for a day. I would like to see what other people think and if I get some good replies then I do not mind paying.

you can trade the CL contract pretty much via cfds, with the 'real' spread etc

Only your experience can answer this for you.

If you want my opinion I'd say that just cuz CL moves faster and is bat**** crazy doesn't mean that you'll get more trades.

I like the volume with the ES. It tends to keep things manageable when things are HOT.
