m8, my personal response would be that I used to be at every bloodstock sales at Ascot, Doncaster, Dubai, (even Malvern for proper horses);
and I personally wouldn't place any regard on purchase price <100,000 gns.
one horse costing 20,000 gns doesn't make him twice as good as a 10,000 gns horse, they're all much of a muchness, imo
