Citizen, Why?

I am disappointed because it appears that when some people do not like the answers they get to their questions they will go ahead and rate then with a flat 0. This is what Citizen did with the reply of mine to HIS OWN question whether markets can be predicted:

I find it very curious that a man I greatly respect and pay attention to each and every word he types in these threads rated my post positively and made the comment that he "agrees with all points". I will not mention the name, he knows. On the contrary, Citizen who asked the naive question, rated the post negatively.

I would never rate negatively the post of another person with whom I have a debate about an important issue. I let others do that. Nevertheless, Citizen, the one who asked the question rated my reply negatively. Never mind.

If that has been the case then i apologise. It was actually not intentional. I was asked about a reputation point by somebody else . I had no idea what they were or how to put them on.

I just messed about with the icons and tested different thing, to see what happens.


I apologise if you got this impression. There is nothing wrong with your post i assure you. I think you post was in front of me at the time when i was testing this feature, i am sorry you got the negative one.

How did you check it ?
