Guys...
I want to ask a question from all of you what is your opinion which is best one.. Fish oil or krill...???
share your opinion with me... i am waiting...

I take Cod liver oil. I know nothing about Krill though.

One of the reasons there is so much chronic disease in the West is our inflammatory diets. A few teaspoons of Cod liver oil a day will go a long way to sorting that out.

I prefer to eat a whole fish diet, including both fish and crustaceans. I trust my digestive system to extract the good bits.

Is that Flax oil stuff the same? I remember when that was the big thing to put on your salads and stuff.

Both krill oil and fish oil are good sources of omega-3s, which are essential for good health. But both of them krill oil is best.

Well I think krill oil is best because Fish Oil has the tendency to oxidize very quickly when it is exposed to air but Krill oil is far more stable.

Krill Oil contains very powerful antioxidant called Astaxanthin and abundant in Choline which Fish Oils do not have. I personally use Krill Doctor Professional Brand which is 1200 mg and recommended by my doctor. So far I am very happy with results and I have been using Krill Doctor for 5 months .

Consuming the fetid flesh of dead animals is disgusting. I use olive oil or soybean oil if I'm feeling cheap.
