I know the actor and the footballer.

Just requires a little googling. The funny thing is that if it wasn't for these super-injunctions I wouldn't have had any interest, which shows just how effective they are in the internet age.

Actually, I got two of them mixed up. The TV presenter that had an affair is wrong.

I'm 90% certain of my two. Of course I should of said I know OF them. Actually, I came across the TV presenter name as well, but that was unfamiliar to me so I've forgotten who it was. The other two are ultra-famous.

There are at least two footballers and one is said to be in the England team, that one I have a couple of good guesses but I'm less sure about, the one I know for sure(ish) does not play for England.

what is your scource?

it said on the telegraph that someone had changed their entries on wikipedia so I went to have a look at the history. Two actors are accused but the t'graph suggests its definately one (I assume they know).
.
so the footballer -- well theres only one person in the frame for that I think.
TV presenters -- well theres 2 of them, both famous.
Actor -- 2 names going around, I favour one over the other 'cos of the t'graph article.

what would happen if I said who I thought it was?

by footballer, you mean the one who had an affair with that ex Big Brother girl? (i've not watched the news or read a paper in years, but heard about it from a friend)

Anyway, I am pretty much certain who it is.
When the story first broke, my friend who has a job for a firm who organise events etc for celebrities told me who it was.

**** ********** is the actor ALLEGEDLY

what I want to know is... like what if I say it is.... err... Michael Jackson (for example). Ok so it's obviously not michael jackson because he's dead (RIP), but if I said a non-dead celeb, would they be able to do me for libel?

and I mean look, i dont understand these legal goings on, but what is illegal about me saying who I THINK it COULD be? some cashed-up footballer cant stop me saying what I think right?
