Do you feel relaxation while trading?

Hi All,

I am interested to know if particularly the more experienced traders can be completely relaxed when trading.

I am beginning to find it much easier now that I have the confidence by knowing that I am now a profitable trader. However in the early day's of my trading I was always a bundle of nerves every morning before trading.

I found it difficult to be totally detached from a trade and being like this affected my ability to make good decisions.

I found that it was a case of retraining the subconscious, as soon as my subconscious was convinced that I was successful, I became successful.

The power of the mindset in trading is immense.

It's obviously much better than it was when I first started but nope, not totally relaxed at all...really hoping to move on/up to the unconscious competence state of mind, just not quite there yet...I still hate fookin losing...having said that I hate losing at anything...

Agreed, usually sleeping or working. i check charts at work and don't really fret whether a particular trade is a winner or loser in the grand scheme of things. i know where I'm headed.

At first though, I couldn't sleep when I knew i had a position open. now im good...
