Forex Autopilot?

Hey everyone.

I know this is my first post but I've been dying to ask about Forex autopilot but this is the first forum I've managed to find!!

Okay, here's where I am - I've been looking for a Forex System to help me with trading and have managed to find one called "Forex Autopilot" which people and sites such as this one: Forex Autopilot Trading System Review seem to rave about.

I'm wondering if any of you guys have this software and whether its any good or not?

If you've been to the official Autopilot website you'll have seen the video that pops up from Marcus Leary, the EA author. The guy in the video is actually a male model called Doug. Autopilot is regarded as one of the better commercially available EA's but may zero your account in rapid time. It trades without a stop, closing out at the end of each month. It seems to specialise in grabbing 25 pips in uptrends. but without a stop. So, as soon as you near a top it enters another long and as the market plummets it just holds the trade open in the sure and certain knowledge that one day in the future the price will reverse and it will grab its pips. Cheek clenching stuff if you're trading real money. You are wide open to margin calls. The default settings don't work well out of the box. There is a FAPSUG that Marcus promotes. They will charge you $399 to provide some advanced settings and a money management plan.

You might want to check out my blog which shows some of the nasties surprises which lurk with ForexAutoPilot!

I have a whole weeks worth of trading sheets on it.

Just an update James.... due to FAP opening a long in EUR/USD and in a couple of other currencies, I am now looking at a floating loss of -1080 pips...... The author telling me that the market will turn and dollar will go weak... he said that when I was down around 500pips.... almost time to shut it down. Fortunately other EA's are making profit!
 
As soon as I open Eur/Usd M1, my platform goes into meltdown and freezes, before even adding forex autopilot( Demo account). I'm using Alpari.co.uk.

I bought the FAP, opened on a demo acct only (Thank GOD), 4 longs trades in a row + 20 pips each, then within a few days I was down 800+ pips. (no stop loss, of course). I seemed every time the market was peaking, it was going long. Thanks, but no thanks, I shut mine down, and never have used it live.
 
Autopilot????

same old story! if its such a good system why arent they keeping it to themselves and making themselves multimillionaires! theres only 1 way. a good broker, research, education, testing learning etc etc

All you did was mess about with the settings to curve fit them with old data, total waste of time. Did you even do a single live trade, I doubt it.
 
Or indeed "Open trades are private" meaning you are hiding your open losing positions whilst only showing the closed profitable ones.

You are hiding your open losing trades because you dont want them to be stolen or copied?

Let me clarify, your open trades could be losing at the minute but you keep them open because they always come back and make a profit? You dont use a stoploss because you know they will be in profit soon.

As You wrote in the quote, You are speaking for the default set!!!
I don't trade always with the default set!!
I did more than 5 profitable trades with different details,
its working but must to set for the market.
I was working with mire than 60 EAs, nothing can get close to this software,Nothing!!


As i see You don't read what i wrote like everybody!!!
I don't need any set(from someone else, i know how to set up) and dont need member zone or whatever,
The thing that i do is,I SET UP THE EA TO WORK.Just to be clear!
Or You don't You don't want to understand, or i don't know what...
