Autotrading system require complex...

I read somewhere that some auto-trading strategies require complex money management. And the money management is "programmed into the system". One writer actually wrote that it was too complicated to do it manually. Can someone explain why money management can be so complicated that it needs to be programmed into the system?

Every second the money and risk management changes , and every time it changes you need to calculate your risk ie posiibly every minute u have to reasses your risk
