Hello fellow trading guru's

I've received numerous mailshots and sales letters from streetwise publications (based in rotherham) over the last couple of weeks regarding a forex trading strategy entitled "The insider code" by "Mac X" as he calls himself. The cost of the couse is £1997 (you still have to pay the vat as well, by the way, GULP!)

He purports that he will offer you his trading system whereby he makes between £2-300 a day by setting the trade up the night before but with the twist he will also show you a new methodology where you can make a fortune on 4 specific dates every year and clean up big time. It all sounds very cloak and dagger and yes the sales letter is very enticing, (aren't they all!)

I've looked through various other trading forums to try and ascertain if it's any good or just another load of direct mail nonsense that promises the earth and delivers empty promises.

In the posts on other forums I've heard good and bad about this system so am unsure as to whether to believe the hype or not.
I've purchased info products from streetwise before and have returned them and they have always honoured their money back guarantee.

Basically all I am asking is have any of you guys out there tried it and does it work or not?

Any posts greatly appreciated.

Do they have a money back guarantee?

As for the price, if it's more than 2-3% of your available cash for trading, forget about it.

Then again, have a look at this article on streetwise publications.

I personally prefer articles from Fleetstreet Publications and/or Agora Financials.
 
Why does he only say to make £2-300 a day? Why not trade ten times larger and make £2-3k a day?

Oh yeah, because it doesn't work...

If you can make a fortune 4 times a year, why waste time making £250 a day (only £65k a year)?

Oh yeah, because he has to have something to justify charging £2k for his course...
 
Indeed, I never understand these claims when they say you can make a fixed amount a day.

" This isn't hype. The currency market tips it's hand BEFORE the trading session so we can look for the insider code the evening before! And I'll show you how to quickly and simply get on-line and make the trade open and close at a predetermined level. Same goes for the 4-date Heist conspiracy"

I know it's probably alot of rubbish but like alot of these sales letters you think they're MAYBE a possibility it works, but if it did and he makes all this money then why would he want to share it with anybody. If I had a system like he says he has I'd keep my mouth shut and parade the New porsche in front of the next door neighbours at every available opportunity. LOL!

I dunno. As I said if anybody has actually tried this Insider Code system could you give me a balanced view on it as not just myself but am sure others would appreciate it as well.

Funny, I thought Forex was a 24 hour market...

Evening before which exchange on which continent?
 
Go on lev buy it - I can tell you want to!

In fact buy two training courses and make £400-600 per day instead.
 
No, No. They are not lieing about their profit figures. What's wrong with 2 - 300 = -298?
So, recapping, if you don't lose at least £298 a day. Then you can have a refund. Easy!

In any case, the refund is only valid for 30 days and he states not to trade with real money for at least 2 months.

Too many gullibale plonkers just want to believe anything!

I am bumping my own thread as it seems no one clicked on the link.

STREETWISE Publications is one of those firms that seems to make its money by selling wonderful schemes for getting rich, rather than by actually putting them into practice.

I know nothing (apart from injury) that lets a person retire within one year, even lottery winners lose it all.
 
Is anyone mad enough to pay £2k, for what is almost certainly a rip-off, sane enough to admit they've been had if (when) it turns out to be rubbish?

I've been away on holiday so haven't looked at this thread I started until now. Let us all know what you think of the strategy puregold24carat and whether or not it'sany good.

Heard a good quote I saw the other day that could be applied to trading:

Incidentally I bought a system I saw advertised on ebay the other day called the ftsewealthbuilder. The feedback looked fantastic on this system so i went ahead and ordered it. I have that system that lev1910 is refering to if anybody would be interested in swapping. It is a MACD system.
