To raise it, reraise, and then maybe do it again - doesn't help that moron Jaga - if that is your intention
And it doesn't help traders who are trading with hundreds of other options companies in the exact same situation. As you are simply stating the same fact present at ALL binary options brokers
Which again, we all know you all hate
Don't rehash that which has been buried dead
Rest assured, I will continue, as I know that is exactly what you don't want.
Up to a new level as well

This is not an insignificant point, and we both know that.
You and Stone, for obvious reasons, choose not to acknowledge that fact.
No offence, but there is no point to the conversation.
At least you of late have been a lot more civil than stones latest post.
Maybe you should pass on some badly needed PR skills?

Re: Binary Options Con/Scam

You as always have nothing to say about Jaga being a thief, a liar, and one who tried to screw me over
I am trader. I am a blogger. I am not a broker
Why do you think I even care where these brokers sit or don't sit for that matter?
I as an affiliate get paid out every 3rd of the month - pronto
All the clients I have personally referred to them and a few others get their payouts out SAME DAY
So why in the world do you think I , or anyone else cares about this?
We don't
So "take it up" to the next level !
So long as I get paid and my referrals do as well, and faster than anywhere else - play on

Now lets look into the NEW contact details for GOoptions.
goptions - About Us

Full Mailing address is:

Longmont Ltd.
788-790 Finchley Rd.
London,
NW117TJ
United Kingdom

Phone: +44 203 608 1331

************************************************** *****************
Funnily enough, the same address as:
BC Business Centrum Limited
Registered office:
BC Business Centrum Limited
788-790 Finchley Road
London
NW11 7TJ

BC Business Centrum Limited offer the following services:
offshore-formations
We incorporate companies both in the UK and offshore and we provide all of the services required to maintain those companies, such as:

• Company secretary
• Nominee directors / shareholders
• Registered office
• Filing annual returns
• Preparation and filing of accounts
• Filing company registers
• Preparation and filing of VAT returns
• Payroll
• Representative office
• Meeting rooms at our address
• Mail shots
• Assistance with opening bank accounts
• Dedicated Telephone Line

In other words, knock on the door there, and you will not find anyone
from GOoptions.

************************************************** *****************
More interestingly, the domain for GOoptions has been deliberately kept private:
Goptions.com - Goptions
Registrant:
Domains By Proxy, LLC

https://www.domainsbyproxy.com/Default.aspx
Domains by Proxy - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Is there a reason for keeping the domain registration details private.
It is not the stance taken by more well known firms that's for sure.
************************************************** *****************
Here are the domain details for IG (used purely as an example of a well known company):
IGindex.co.uk - Spread Betting | Financial Spread Betting
As you can see, full and transparent details disclosed.

************************************************** *****************

Mr Stones argument that a virtual office is no big deal can simply and easily be
addressed by looking at the contact address for any well known broker you can think of:
Contact Us | LMAX Exchange
MB Trading - Contact
Customer Service
Infinity Futures
Contact Us
Customer Service | OANDA fxTrade Europe

None of the brokers above use a virtual office.
You may draw your own conclusions as to why GOptions use a virtual office...

Whether it is right or wrong is very relevant isn't it? Both on a moral and legal standpoint.

There are all kinds of agreements that are agreed to at a particular time, but are not legally binding, and the benefit is given to the person who didn't draft the agreement. If this weren't the case we could have all kinds of silly situations. As an example: 'well they agreed to work for 100 hours a week for £10 when they got the job'. It is clearly very relevant whether that is right or wrong, and totally irrelevant whether someone agreed to it or not. So jaga agreeing to it, is not a defence.

As for you saying he scammed the company, if you were legitimate, then why was he able to chargeback? And if you have proof of that, then why isn't legal action being taking against the scammer? You say that he has his money. Why do you not have it if you are in the right? Is it by any chance because you don't have a legal leg to stand on?

Re: Binary Options Con/Scam

But you again don't realize is that I am only responding to the issue of a thief
And you are "bashing" on a broker which is not what this thread is about but rather what you want to make it about
The broker doesn't seem to care about this issue
And they answered you, in a tactless yet direct way

I am here responding to the thief idiot Jaga
Not defending the broker's location or lack thereof

It's not relevant
However, i do reap it all as binaryoptions10.com has gotten about 100 more unique visitors in the last month than it usually does
But more importantly, it has allowed about 6 new scam victims of brokers like the ones that really DO hurt clients
(none of them are goptions - not that it matters to you sycophants)

I am waiting for Monday to ask GOptions if they will allow me to publish their proof. It is theirs afterall and they have yet to release it. Also, chargebacks are instant, but not binding. What this means is that the moron Jaga chargedback. The CC company instantly returns the funds to the customer. However, they have the right to take it back if the company, in this case GOptions, is able to defend itself. Based on the proof that I've seen - it seems like a layup. But I admit, CC companies are not always of the understanding needed to get the real scam this proper dumbass pulled here.

As for the relevancy of the office - I never disagreed that it's a point worth discussing and exploring. But it's not my bag. It's not my responsibility. Nor does it have any bearing on this specific issue which we are discussing

If you want my opinion: yes - it's an important issue. One I've asked the folks over at goptions a number of times about. All I know is that they've said in recent weeks that it was going to be changed very shortly. They seem to be cooking up something big but have decided not to tell me, or anyone else, what it is
