Help Needed

I am a new member on the site and am trying to get access to some chart info so as to test my trading ideas before going live. Can anyone help? I specifically require intra-day charts ( price and volume ) for Dow Jones and FTSE going back three months. In other words I need pages of info. Does anyone know the best place to get this sort of data? I don't want to sign up to a subscription charting /info service and find that I can't get what I want. I am interested in studying daily price action. Many thanks in advance for any advice that you may give...

The ODL MetaTrader has that for free (but volumes are just green grass of various heights). Download it and click on 'Show All' in the Market Watch box. ODL demo versions only last for 30 days and, unlike others, you can't renew them with one click.
