Investools offers good one on one telephone trainer support. I have done the Investing Fundamentals course, and have now signed up for Options and Advanced Options. The other day I came accross STS (Spread Trade Systems) they (of course) claim they are better than investools for options and learning to do spread options. I haven't joined the courses tho. Both are really expensive. Investools around $8000 for basics and options, and around $1500 a year for use of their website; while STS claims $8000 with a "limited time offer" of $6000. I'm looking to talk to more people who may have done both to determine which one to settle on. Good luck. Stay tuned.
