How to trade on Bolsa Mexican - BMV

Does anyone have any suggestions on how a US or Canadian company (registered Broker/Dealer) can register with the BMV to trade securities on the Mexican exchange?

My spanish is less than impressive and I am only finding limited information in English on the BMV website and other web searches.

Any suggestions appreciated.
