Hi All,

I just wanted to (briefly) introduce myself. I have been a avid fan of this site for some time now and would like to say that I think it is excellent ,and all you people out there who regulary commentate and post, nurture and encourage us lesser soles deserve a huge round of applause!

I, myself, am an absolute beginner to trading but find it utterly compelling and want to learn as much as I possibly can. I am 25 years of age, so feel that time is possibly on my side! I have no idea where to start my learning but need to begin at the (absolute) beginning!

Well sorry for the rant and I hope to be able to contribute over the coming months to this excellent community!

Welcome Mafia. GEt yourself a demo account and start trading! Best way to learn.

Welcome. All sorts of things to trade, Forex and Index trading seems the most popular.
All sorts of ways to trade, too. Swing trading, perhaps? Anyway, nose around the forums
and try to find what your preferences are.

Silly question (apologies) but can you trade AIM Indices-these are a particular interest of mine?

If you sign up with (yep, the regulars have guessed it) IG Index, you can trade about 4000 different instruments (although, I couldn't find the binary piano... budum tsss... I'm here all week, folks). IG Index do a beginner's account, bets from 10p/pt. Tradindex have a £20k play account but don't do binaries or supply decent graph facilities.

Dunno who else supplies an unlimited test account. Anyone?
