tradefair spike

Hi Everyone

Could you help with this question, traded the ftse last night , spiked down to 1926 , made a lot of £££ , company now not allowing to withdraw funds and the funds i have been able to withdraw they are saying have to be returned, is this legit ?????

Sometimes there are erroneous data spikes and this may have been the case here.
However, if you know and can demonstrate to their satisfaction, that prices did actually trade at those levels, then you could ask for the matter to be looked at by their compliance dept.

As far as I can tell, FTSE traded @ 5771 this morning (the low) so your figures are miles out.

it was a glitch i was 44000 down which give me a fright obviously the ftse never went to those levels so you have no chance
