There are also tracking stocks for the S&P 500 - SPY and the Dow Jones - DIA

Add any more Qs and they'll have a woodpigeon call. Nobody will want to trade something that mates for life, unless they're Warren Buffet. What was wrong with the QQQ of old? Didn't it feel like a big swinging epic in front of SPY and DIA or something?

Assuming you weren't just taking the p!ss...

QQQ transfered from AMEX to NASDAQ and all NASDAQ stocks have a four letter code, hence QQQQ.

For the guy who asked what QQQQ was ..........it has been already explained, just wanted to let you know the slang names for each ETF
QQQQ=cubes
SPY=spider
DIA=diamonds
Most traders just say "cubes" instead of QQQQ if you are wondering why try saying QQQQ many times. You will sound like a guy who is stuttering.

set up your own QQQQ thread, in same vein as Chartmans Dow, etc.

post a style of trading, and you will get yourself a small band of similar-minded players.
you can then exchange ideas, opinions, thoughts, and strategies.
