Experienced Fog Knitting advisors required!

My First day, first post - just joined 20 ninutes ago!

Experience - poor! Traded 5 methods between 2008 and 2010 - all CRAP including the expensive ones. Not one got above 50% Winning Trades and i lost money. Apparently - depending who you read 93 to 97 % of all Traders blow there Bank or packup in first 3 to 12 months. Only just found out the difference between Lagging and leading Indicators.
Had some interesting reads relating to the Psychology of Trading etc, so realise you can often 'fail yourself' as much as any method!

The Bus Opps Publishers (i have differing views on different one but more later maybe!) peddle so many different 'Methods' that it really is like trying to 'knit fog' !
I still believe i will succeeed - just about to start up again (Mad or What!). Can trade any time of day, most days, but would prefer 2 to 4/5 hours day absolute maximum. I am now sliding into the 'greys' but with a very active mind, but almost 'sod all' Capital - but just enough that 'i can afford to lose' as they say on every 'tin' that lies there on the shelf waiting for us to devour it!

Well - is there really a 'Holy Grail' out there, and in deed if so, would anyone actually be prepared to share what it is, even in outline??!

So - straight for the Juggular! HAS ANYONE EVER FOUND ANY COMMERCIALLY SOLD 'METHOD' WHICH HAS CONSISTENTLY PRODUCED SAY 65% WINNING TRADES AND SAY 50 TO 100+ PIPS AVERAGE PROFITS - PER WEEK - FOR A WHOLE YEAR (OK - MAKE IT 6 MONTHS THEN!). I appreciate some folk would prefer to remain Candid on WHICH method it is but i curious to know if such a beast really exists!

(PS i do have a follow - up Career lined up. I have been promised as many hours as i like clearing up Bull Excrement from Ex public School kids who know 8888 - ALL about running a Country. I suspect it might be a more Secure Job!)

Yes there is. It's called hard work, very hard work over a minimum period of 5 years.

But most want it easy

Think about it, the people that are making good money is the very tough world of trading are normally the ones who've been around for many years and have paid the heavy price.

No different from professional sports really. Sure, we see the guy scoring the winning goal at wembley and it looks easy. But we never see the sacrifies he's made over the years, many years usually. Diet, no boozing, no drugs, early to bed, constant training, mental training, more practice, opeations, and on and on it goes.

From my point of view i really did work at it for those 2 years, and despite a few errors along the way my point really is - DO ANY OF THE COMMERCIALLY SOLD METHODS ACTUALLY DO WHAT THEY SAY ON THE TIN? I notice that none tell you it takes 5 years of graft first! (Hardly likely though is it!). MOST of them say they have 'ironed out all the difficulties and that their 'black box' saves you all the years of pain, frustration, lost capital, blind alleys and the like'. My experience so far IS THAT THEY DO NOT! Is there anyone out ther who says there is such a method, and moreover prepared to share that information. Otherwise, sadly, there will be thousands of folk out there burning there hard earned money on CRAP systems and in fast receeding spread Betting Accounts!

Yes there are commercially available methods that do what they claim. The problem is that information is currently of no benefit to you because you are not thinking in a way that would allow you to take advantage. When the time come that you are thinking correctly, you wont need those systems. A coin toss will work.

Thanks for the input. Are you talking here about 'mindset' and Trading unemotionally here?
Interestingly i am just at the pont of addressing some issues on that (Synchronisity ?) but its NOT 'The Secret', or the multitude of other older self-help books out there. Interestingly the 'old me' might have taken exception to the fact that you appear to be 'judging the way i am thinking' from afar. The new one looks for the positive in your comments and letting go of any judgement of you 'for apparently judging me'. The 'coin toss will work' is interesting. Is this where Quantum Physics and how our thinking affects our ability to derive a positive outcome - such that we create our reality. Are you saying the Law of Attraction doesn't work (my experience to date), but the law of creation does? (apparently my experience to come - imminently)

I'm afraid to tell you is does work.

I have more sh!te, pain, loss, anger, desperation, lack and depression than I can possibly ever use. Works a treat.

But please don't disturb Bunny, he's about to show SGB how to think properly. And then how to toss a coin while thinking properly.
